The parade begins at 1:00 pm and runs a half mile route along Buford Road, starting at Bon Air Baptist Church and concluding at the festival site on the gounds of Bon Air Christian Church. The festival will conclude at 4:00 pm. The event has been proudly sponsored by the Bon Air Historical Society, the oldest Historical Society in Chesterfield County since 1978.
Admission is free.
Also, the Bon Air Historical Society is pleased to announce that the Grand Marshal for the 34th Annual Victorian Day Parade and Festival on May 12, 2012 is Jimmy Barrett, Host of “Richmond’s Morning News with Jimmy Barrett on WRVA” and Public Address Announcer for the Richmond Squirrels!
